Fetch

The Fetch is sometimes referred to in Vicia as the body-mind, animal self, or vital self.

Fetch is the part of us most directly concerned with shaping and maintaining our physical body. Our physical life-force is created by Fetch from the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, etc.

The Fetch's presence is most easily felt in the torso, often just below the navel. Fetch's spirit body extends several centimeters from the physical body, which it closely resembles in most respects while the body is alive.

Fetch's awareness is holistic and based on direct perception—both physical and psychic.

Fetch holds all of our sensory and extra-sensory perceptions, as well as our unconscious memories and beliefs—including those from past lives. It contains the subconscious, but it is much more than that.

The language of the Fetch is spoken in images, emotions, and physical sensations. It responds strongly to the power of symbols, colors, scents, sounds, movement, and touch.

Fetch is the part of us that communicates most freely with the divine source within us.

Although the "conscious" self may find it odd at first, Fetch is the spirit that holds the key to effective communication with our God Self. Learning to work with Fetch effectively is essential to the well-being, progress, and power of the entire soul.

Fetch should always be approached with love and respect.

The better our communication with our Fetch, the more our health and human relationships will improve. Interacting in a loving way with the Fetch can also help restore self-esteem.

Fetch listens closely to messages from Talker.

It's worth paying attention to the way we talk about ourselves—both to others and in our own internal dialogs. If we're harshly critical or negative, this will directly affect the Fetch. If we tell ourselves we can't do something, Fetch may take it seriously and work to create that outcome. On the other hand, affirmations can be a very effective way to create positive changes.
